AP22 IF BLOT ELITE is a tool for the automation of ELISA, IFA and BLOT methods. Capable of running 2 ELISA microplates with 8 in-line tests, 16 IFA slides or 24 BLOT strips; in addition to the ELISA and IFA processes (AP22, AP22 IF) it is able to perform, thanks to the Blot module and the chamber, complete automation for Dot/Western Blot starting from the dilution and dispensing of samples, reagent dispensing, incubation and strip washing up to image processing and evaluation for each strip, the software also provides for the creation of reports and their archiving.
