AP16 IF BLOT ELITE is an innovative and fast tool for the automation of IFA and BLOT methods, it is equipped with a barcode reader for samples and a camera for reading the barcodes of slides and Blot strips. The instrument is capable of processing 16 IFA slides with 12 wells, performing sample dilution, sample and reagent dispensing, incubation times and slide well washing. Thanks to the Blot module and the camera, it is able to perform complete automation for Dot/Western Blot, starting from sample dispensing and dilution, reagent dispensing, strip incubation and washing up to image processing and evaluation of each strip; the software also provides for the creation of reports and their archiving.
