Automatic Processor BLOT
AP-BLOT ELITE is a tool for the automation of Dot Blots on strips, capable of automatically dispensing samples and reagents, incubating and reading the strips and generating the results by analyzing the images; the software provides for the creation of reports and their archiving. The processed strips are photographed directly in the incubation plates by a digital camera. The instrument locates the position of the strips, identifies the blots and measures their intensity providing a result. The program archives the images in a detailed report, making manual archiving of the processed strips no longer necessary. The instrument is equipped with an internal barcode reader for samples and a strip heater which allows you to reduce the drying times of the strips before reading
